Subjective Time Experience: Identifying Psychological Correlates by Narrative Psychological Content Analysis 1

This paper is a report on the use of computerized content analysis in mapping the psychological correlates of subjective time experience recalled in experimentall y created autobiographical narratives. First the history of the field and the justification of the use of the method, then the categories a computer algorithm, and finally the first correlational validity results are reported.
