Morphological and Skeletal Abnormalities Induced by Commercially Available Insecticides Colonel-s ® and Decis ® in the Developing Embryo of Gallus domesticus
2014
L -1 of Colonel-S ® exposed on ED 4 and ED 7, respectively. A significant increase in the percentage of abnormal survivors exhibiting a spectrum of morphological as well as skeletal malformations was observed in each of the insecticide treated group. These findings suggest that Colonel-S ® and Decis ® can be considered as teratogenic agents, at the dose levels used at our laboratory conditions.
