Optical isomers of RP 64406: New potent antiglutamate agents

Abstract Optical isomers of the riluzolederivative, sulfoxideRP 64406, were prepared in pure forms. No significant difference was found between the (+) and (−) isomers in their powerful antiglutamate activity.
