A new growing and irrigation season : president's message

Firstly, may I extend our thanks and appreciation to all of the attendees of the 2013 SABI Congress, which was held in August in Parys. We had a record attendance of 235 delegates present and 23 exhibitors. SABI National Congress - a biannual event - was definitely, if I may say, the African irrigation and water event of the year!
