Q fever is a worldwide zoonotic disease mainly res-ponsible for reproductive disorder such as abortion in domestic ruminants. The serological diagnosis in domestic ruminants is mainly performed using ELISA tests. In France, there are three ELISA tests that are commercialized with little information about their sensitivities and specificities.
