Dynamics of the low-lying pseudoscalar and vector mesons

The decays of low-lying vector mesons into a pseudoscalar meson and a dilepton and of the η ′meson into an ω-meson and a dielectron are calculated using a counting scheme which treats both the low-lying pseudoscalar mesons and the low-lying vector mesons on equal footing. All required parameters can be calculated from other decays and, hence, one has predictive power for the considered decay rates and form factors. Furthermore, the calculated partial decay widths are in good agreement with the available experimental data.
