Definition of new 3d invariants--applications to pattern recognition problems with neural networks.

We propose a definition of new 3D invariants. Usual pattern recognitionmethods use 2D descriptions of 3D objects, we propose a 2D approximation of the defined 3D invariants which can be used with neural networks to solve pattern recognitionproblems. We describe some methods of using the 2D approximants.
