86 RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MUSCLE QUALITY AND OSTEOPOROSIS IN POSTMENOPAUSAL WOMEN: A PILOT STUDY

Objective: To determine the response to the progestin challenge test on endometrial thickness 40 UI/ml and Estradiol <20 pg. There was a positive correlation with estradiol on ultrasound endometrium thickness. Conclusion: Measured endometrial thickness appears to be a better assay of endometrial estrogen response than estradiol levels as good as progestin withdrawal bleeding. The progestin challenge test in amenorrheic women is a good method for judging the severity of ovarian dysfuntion.
