Cruise Report SO188-1, Singapore (Singapore) - Chittagong (Bangladesh), 06.06.2006 - 04.07.2006

In the framework of the Project 'Bengal Sea Level', which is carried out in cooperation between the BGR, Hannover, Germany and the University of Bremen, Germany, CruiseSO 188-1 was conducted from June 6th to July 4th, 2006 to the Bay of Bengal to collect high-resolution multichannel seismic data, sediment echosounder (Parasound) data and swathsounder (Simrad EM120) data. In addition, sediment cores were taken by using a gravity core.
