Background The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) Assessment Test (CAT) is a concise health status measure for COPD. COPDpatients have a variety of comorbidities, but little is known about their impact on quality of life. This study was designed to investigate comorbidfactors that may contribute to high CAT scores.
