Autoantibodies to ApolipoproteinA-1 (anti-ApoA-1 IgG) were shown to predict major adverse cardiovascular events and promote atherogenesis. However, their potential relationship with clinical disability and ischemic lesion volume after acute ischemic stroke (AIS) remains unexplored.
