Summary The acetyltransferasesCBP and p300 are multifunctional transcriptional co-activators. Here, we combined quantitative proteomicswith CBP/p300-specific catalytic inhibitors, bromodomaininhibitor, and gene knockoutto reveal a comprehensive map of regulated acetylation sitesand their dynamic turnover rates.
