Fluorescence time-resolved spectroscopy and macroscopy of tumors

Here we present a comprehensive approach to study tumors both in vivo and ex vivo based on time-resolved fiberbased fluorescence spectroscopy and macroscopy. These approaches allow to interrogate metabolic states of tumors based on the fluorescence signal from nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD(P)H).
