Recent experimental trends in hypernuclear physics

In proceedings of the summer study meeting on nuclear and hypernuclear physics with kaon beams. The experimental requirements of hypernuclear spectroscopy are discussed. The similarity of the experimental methods in the hypernuclear and high energy nuclear physicsis pointed out. (JFP)
