CHANGES IN RESIDENTS' CONSCIOUSNESS TOWARD OUTDOOR GREENERY IN THREE YEARS IMMEDIATELY AFTER MOVING

This paper examines the relationship between the greenery condition in a new planned residential areaand the changes in the residents' consciousness toward the greenery and living environment in three years after moving. The multi-year questionnaire surveys for resident's consciousness are conducted and the database of the greenery condition is used for analysis. The results indicate that the changes in the residents' affection toward the living environment have related to variation of the greenery in the landscape and the number of the greenery in each residence.
