A Survey on Internet plus Government Service in Provincial Ethnic Affairs Commission

With the rapid development of new urbanization, more and more ethnic minorities flow into cities, ethnic affairs in cities become more and more complicated, the needs of ethnic groups for a better life are becoming stronger, and the governance of ethnic affairs is also facing new challenges. Ethnic Affairs Commissions want to improve the public service and governance capacity by using the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other modern information technology. This paper investigates the “Internet plus Government Service” level of the provincial Ethnic Affairs Commissions, and proposed new website evaluation frameworks and criteria on government websites, Micro blog and We Chat. It discovers and summarizes the current level and existing problems of “Internet plus Government Service” in the administration of urban ethnic affairs. And put forward to how to improve the public services, especially for specific groups of government services, platform construction, information sharing and policy recommendations.
