Analysis to the Application of Hydrogen Bell‐Type Annealing Furnace in Baosteel Stainless Steel

In a general way, the hydrogen bell-type annealing furnace is used for annealing of martensitic and ferritic stainless steel. This article introduces the equipments structure and idiographic function detailedly, such as furnace station, heating hood, cooling hood and inner cover, the basal operating procedure of the hydrogen bell-type annealing furnace is introduced also. It studies the reason which causes the inconsistent performance of the head, tail and middle of annealing coils. It is denoted that, the inconsistent performance is caused by the phenomena of temperature ununiformity existing in the annealing course. Through optimizing the annealing technology, the temperature uniformity is improved, and the coil performance and product quality are assured.
