Guidelines for baseline surveys and impact assessments

These guidelines concern surveys of workers and enterprises used to determine the quality of life outside the workplace. They cover in a very practical way the steps for conducting such a survey: specifying objectives and variables; designing the sample; preparing the questionnaire; organizing the field work; and analysing and reporting the results.
