Two mosaic terminal inverted duplications arising post-zygotically: Evidence for possible formation of neo-telomeres

Objective To elucidate the structure of terminal inverted duplications and to investigate potential mechanisms of formation in two cases where there was mosaicismwith cells of apparently normal karyotype.
