Kardiyak Tamponat Sonrası Gelişen Reekspansif Akciğer Ödemi: Olgu Sunumu

Pulmonary edemamay occur secondary to increased left ventricular load and systemic vascular resistancefollowing a sudden drainage of cardiac tamponadefluid. In present case, a 65-year-old male patient who underwent heart surgery three months ago, was operated due to respiratory distresssymptoms and developed reexpansion pulmonary edema, was reported.
