Interpolated multiple zeta functions of Arakawa-Kaneko type

Interpolated version of Kaneko-Tsumura's multiple zeta function is defined, after reviewing the interpolated Arakawa-Kaneko multiple zeta function. The relation among these two functions is clarified.
