Performance of CDF calorimeter simulation for Tevatron Run II

The upgradedCDF II detector has collected first data during the initial operation of the Tevatronaccelerator in Run II. The simulation of the CDF electromagnetic and hadronic central and upgradedplug (forward) calorimeteris based on the Gflash calorimeterparameterization package used within the GEANT based detector simulation of the Run II CDF detector. We present the results of tuning the central and plug calorimeterresponse to test beam data.
