Ultrafast dynamics of gallium vacancy charge states in β − Ga 2 O 3

The authors use optical supercontinuum spectroscopy to probe the time evolution of the absorption spectrum of gallium vacancy charge states in \ensuremath{\beta}- Ga${}_{2}$O${}_{3}$ at ultrafast time scales.
