Mathematical Model of Radial Electromagnetic Force for Low-Noise Synchronous Permanent Magnet Drive

Mathematical simulation of m-phase synchronous motors (m≥3) is based on assumptions of a smooth air gap of the machine and there is no saturation of the magnetic circuit, which reduces the degree of correctness of their research vibration characteristics. Mathematical model for calculating the electromagnetic forces m-phase synchronous motor with permanent magnets is proposed, which takes into account the actual distribution of the magnetic field in the core of the machine, taking into account the saturation of the magnetic circuit, the discrete distribution of the multiphase stator windings and serration of the motor stator core.
