STRANGENESS PRODUCTION IN THE WA94 EXPERIMENT AT CERN
1997
The WA94 experiment has taken data using both a sulphur ion beam and a proton beam incident on a sulphur target in an attempt to form a
quark-
gluon plasma. Two different approaches have been used to measure the relative production ratios and inverse slopes of and their anti-particles. These results are presented in this paper.
