Recessive PYROXD1 mutations cause adult-onset limb-girdle-type muscular dystrophy

Objective To describe adult-onset limb- girdle-type muscular dystrophycaused by biallelic variants in the PYROXD1 gene, which has been recently linked to early-onset congenital myofibrillar myopathy.
