Spectroscopic Photoacoustic Imaging for the Detection of Lymph Node Metastases

We demonstrate the ability for spectroscopic photoacoustic imaging to detect the presence of metastases in murine lymph nodes based on functional and, with the introduction of targeted nanoparticle contrast agents, molecular expressions.
