Modified Generalized Ishikawa Iterative Approximations of Fixed Points for Asymptotically Quasi Pseudocontractive Type Mappings in Normed Linear Spaces

Under the condition of removing the restriction llim inf||x_n||∞,sum from n=0 to ∞(k_n-1)∞,and substituente sum from n=0 to ∞α_n~2∞ with α_n→0(n→∞),strong convergence theorems of modified generalized Ishikawa iterative sequences of common fixed point for uniformly Lipschitzian asymptotically quasi pseudocontractive type mappings in normed linear spacesare established by using a new analyticalmethod,which essentially improve and extend some recent results obtained by Tang Y C and Liu L W.
