Vascular complications (VC) remain one of the most important drawbacks of transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). Transfemoral (TF) approach has been commonly used as secondary access in TAVR, and preliminary data suggested that up to 25% of TAVR VC are related to the TF secondary access.
