The Stock Market plays an important role in each country, the continuous development of the world economy and the technological rebound have been key in strengthening it. The Stock Exchanges are market participants, they provide the means for the negotiation of the securities through the Securities Brokers as intermediaries to execute these operations. In Ecuador there is the Quito and Guayaquil Stock Exchange which are operationally autonomous, these publish on their web pages different information such as the current regulations of the Stock Market, products with statistics on fixed and variable income operations and the Stock Brokers authorized to operate in the market. Despite the fact that the interest rate for the products of the liabilities offered by the banking sector is lower than the rate of fixed income through the Stock Market, the trend is inclined to the traditional products offered by Private Banking or are directed to investments Clandestine, this reflects the lack of innovation in technological tools that allow users to compare these products to select the best investment option. This project defines a structured model according to the good practices and standard of the PMBOK to develop a tool that allows comparing Fixed Income investments versus investments in Private Bank Term Deposits, in order to know the advantages of the Market. of Securities in Ecuador.
