SUMMARY Clinical report: We report a case of a 42-year oldlady with recurrent bilateral nodular conjunctival in-flammationfollowingadiffusepapulo-vesicularrash,mainly over her trunk and scalp. Slitlamp examina-tion revealed limbal and bulbar inflammatory nod-ules with secondary corneal involvement. Discussion: Pityriasis lichenoides is considered to bea spectrum of uncommon, acquired maculo-papu-larskineruptions.Thediagnosisismadebythecom-bination of a typical clinical picture and matchinghistopathology. In severe cases, there may be asso-ciated with mucous membrane involvement. Conclusion: Although ocular involvement has beenreported in pityriasis lichenoides, this is the first re-port of conjunctival inflammatory nodules with sec-ondary corneal ulceration as a part of the manifes-tations of the pityriasis lichenoides spectrum. Treat-ment with topical steroid drops was required to bringthis condition under control. RESUME Cas clinique: nous rapportons l’observation d’unepatiente de 42 ans presentant une inflammation no-dulaire bilaterale recurrente de la conjonctive appa-rue dans le decours d’un episode d’eruption cuta-nee papulovesiculaire diffuse, interessant principa-lement le tronc et la tete. La biomicroscopie ante-rieure a revele des nodules inflammatoires de laconjonctive bulbaire limbique avec une participa-tion secondaire de la cornee.
