Our study shows the Concept of Creative Accountingand its different tools used for doing Creative Accounting. We reviewed different articles taken from Jstor, Emerald, and Science direct and Repec.org etc. and explained different methods of creative accountingand who gets benefit from this. We also explain solution part of Creative Accounting, How it can be minimized or how we can reduce the effect of creative accountingon the Balance sheetof the companies. We discussed also how it has landed some companies into crises like Enron and world.com etc. and also save companies to land into crisis.
