The Effects of Different Probiotics on Proteinase Activity and Amylase Activity in the Intestine of Carps

To calculate the proteinase's specific activity and the amylase's specific activity in the intestine of carps, the amounts of proteinase and amylase after feeding the carps with four different probiotics(photosynthetic bacterial (PSB)group I,PSB group II,bacillus group and compound biologics group)were tested. The results revealed that both the proteinase specific activity and the amylase's specific activity in each of the experimental groups were higher than those of the control group (P0.05), among the four experimental groups the proteinase's and amylase's specific activity of the compound biologics group was higher than that of other groups.
