Fine structure in the 1s2p2 4P and 1s2s2p 4P0 states of Li-like

The fine structureintervals in the 1s2p2 4P and 1s2s2p 4P0 states of Li-like ions (Z Hartree-Fock wavefunctions. It is found that the Breit interaction plays a crucial role in attaining a good agreement with recent experimental data on C3+, N4+ and O5+ by Livingston and Berry(1978).
