Fluorescent nanobiosensor for the facile analysis of m6A RNA demethylase activity

RNA demethylase is recently known to be associated with cancer development but its selective inhibitors as anti-cancer agents are rarely known. Here, we developed a fluorescent nanobiosensor which enabled efficient quantitative analysis of RNA demethylase ALKBH5 activity and showed a high potential for robust inhibitor screening.
