ASSESSMENT OF SEVERITY OF AORTIC STENOSIS (AS) IS CHALLENGING IN THE SETTING OF LEFT VENTRICULAR OUTFLOW TRACT OBSTRUCTION DUE TO THE HIGH VELOCITY IN LVOT

Evaluating aortic stenosis (AS) is challenging in the setting of left ventricular outflow tract obstruction due to the high velocity in LVOT. 76 y/o female with past medical history of AFib presented to our echo lab for evaluation of the severity of aortic stenosis. Her prior echo revealed
