Using a Multi-Level and Multi-Resolution Visual Analytics Software to Understand the Aftermath of a Catastrophe

We participated in the 2019 IEEE VAST Challenge MC3 with the help of Papyrus, a Visual Analytics software for the exploration of text collections. Papyrus extracts terms associations with a bi-clustering approach and organizes them in a term hierarchy. Its visualization helps analyst explore social media messages posted by citizen to anticipate emergency response after a disaster event.
