The invention relates to a method for identifying filled with pharmaceuticals capsules(101) by means of a laser beam device (50) in which a marking (56) on a portion of a surface (105) of the capsule(101) by the action of a laser beam (55) and eiens removing part of the material of the capsule(101) is applied in the field of identification (56). According to the invention it is provided that the marking (56) is formed as an encrypted mark (56), and that the information of the marking (56) as proof of origin of the capsule(101) or for content determinationof the capsule(101) located pharmaceuticals serves.
