Quality Assurance procedures for the construction of ALICE TOF detector

The goal of the MRPC–detector production for the ALICE TOF is to guarantee the same excellent performances obtained so far with all the prototypes. A set of quality assurancetests has been developed for this purpose; these tests are applied both to the single chamber components and to the assembled detectors. In this paper the results of these tests over a few hundreds MRPCs of the mass productionwill be presented.
