A spectrometer for muon scattering at the Tevatron
1990
Abstract In this paper the spectrometer constructed by the E665 Collaboration is described. The spectrometer was built during the period 1982–87 and the first data were taken during the 1987–88 Fixed Target run of the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) Tevatron. This is the first of a series of runs in which a comprehensive program of high energy muon scattering experiments will be performed.
