Compounds 6-6 fused bicyclic heteroaryl and their use as inhibitors of LVL

The present invention relates to bicyclic heteroaryl compounds of Formula 6-6 fused or A1 A2 and their use as inhibitors of LATS, or a salt, a stereoisomer or a pharmaceutical composition of these compounds; where the variables are as defined herein (A1 & A2). The present invention further relates to a method of inhibiting LATS in a population of cells, using a compound of formula A1, or a salt, a stereoisomer or a pharmaceutical composition of said compound. The present invention further provides a method for making compounds of the invention and their therapeutic uses. The invention further provides methods for preparing, for medical use, use in the treatment and addressing diseases or disorders.
