Absolute dimensions of eclipsing binaries. XVIII, The Cepheus OB3 member CW Cephei

uvby photometric observations of the eclipsing binary CW Cep, member of the Cep OB3 association, are presented. Physical parameters of the components of the star, and ephemeris and aspidal motion are determined.
