Atopic dermatitis (AD) is an inflammatory disease that may persist into adulthood, becoming a lifelong condition1 . Dupilumab, a human monoclonal antibody, inhibits both IL4 and IL13, two master players of AD, by blocking the shared IL4Rα subunit, thus emerging as an interesting option for the treatment of adult AD.
