Investigations on the biological activity of pentachlorophenyl esters

Usefulness of pentachloro phenyl esters, such as pentachlorophenyl laurate, as fungicides for the rotproofing of textiles. Explanations are given for the biological activity of the compounds and for the probable synergism with pentachlorophenol.
