This systematic review aimed toexamine the current state of empirical research between 1990 and February 2020 inseveral databases (ERIC, APA, PsycInfo, MEDLINE y Psychology and BehavioralSciences)fromwhich1.004articlesextracted.Afterapplyingtheinclusionandexclusioncriteria, the selected articles were reduced to 8. Analyzing the articles and their mainthemesaswellaslinesofactionandbenefitsreceivedbytheparticipantsaftertheendofthe intervention. It is so important to continue to intervine and investigate with moreparticipantsand different areas.
