REFIMEVE+: Optical Frequency Dissemination Over 2x1300 km of a Telecom Network

We report on the progresses of REFIMEVE, the French fiber network for optical frequency disseminationand comparison. We present the originality and the strengths of the approach promoted by RENATER to allow the propagation of bi-directional signals in parallel to data traffic on an active and operational network. We show, for the first time to the best of our knowledge, simultaneous disseminationof optical frequency standardinto 3 branches of a 2x1300 km telecom network. Performancesare at the state of the art, and the availability of the signal is typically > 96% over 25 days of continuous operation.
