Using Sparse Array for 3D Passive Cavitation Imaging

Cavitation is involved in a number of therapeutic applications of ultrasound (US) [1] [2] [3]. Monitoring these treatments requires real-time imaging of the cavitation activity during treatment. For this reason, Passive Acoustic Mapping (PAM) of cavitation has drawn an increasing attention during the past years [4] [5] [6] [7] [8].
