To support  creative youth to start their business and show their talents, the 6th ‘Think Youth’ International Competition of Business Division and The 1st 'Infinity' Global Youth Cultural, Creative & Entrepreneurship Competition has been launched. This compitition is hosted by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Education and Health, China and Shanghai Education Commission, organized by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and SJTU-USC Institute of Cultural and Creative Industry, and supported by  Shanghai DOBE Cultural & Creative Industry Development Co., Ltd., Shanghai ZIZHU VENTURE CAPITAL CO., LTD., and School of entrepreneurship of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

During the competition, a series of themed salons will be held, where experts, entrepreneurs and scholars will share their opinions about the cultural and creative industry and their business experiences to help creative youth start their own business.

In this salon, the three invited guests came from different backgrounds, including Rossi who grew up and studied in Italy, returnees Chen Jianyu who served foreign entrepreneurs, and Bilal, an international student who studied in China. Three guest speakers will share their stories and experience about how the foreign entrepreneurs start their ventures in China and how they operate projects involving foreign business. Carlo Maria Rossi

Carlo Maria Rossi is a Multidisciplinary Artist who works across visual art,  sculpture, stage design, digital installation, photography and has recently extended him  practice to VR. Graduated from Academy of Fine Arts, Rome specializing in Set and  Exhibition Space Design, Digital Design and Modern Art.

Visual Elite is an interactive production studio, which aims to develop original IP contents and services in the VFX, VR, exhibitions, event industries, producing, distributing and licensing globally.

No.name Studio is a space composed of a working studio, residence, and gallery for member artists and collectors located in the ancient town Zhujiajiao, Shanghai. Like a magnet, No.name attracts art professionals and institutions from all over the world, striving to spur creative energy and enlightening conversations.

Kelvin Chen

Kelvin Chen, Founder and CEO of AnyHelper, Ph.D. of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Visiting Scholar of the University of Texas at Austin, and Enterprise Tutor of Asia-Europe Business School of East China Normal University.

AnyHelper was founded in 2016, it designed and launched the first WeChat real-time Q&A system to help foreigners in China. In less than three years, this platform has served more than 500,000 foreigners and solved more than 1 million problems in different fields.

Bilal Korir

Bilal Korir, founder and CEO of BoboSync. Bilal received his bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and his master's degree in Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

BobSync app aims to create a personal live virtual traveling experience as close as it can get to a personal physical traveling experience. Watch any place in the world, at any time, via a one-on-one fully controlled live video experience.

As for the competition, don't worry about not having entrepreneurial experience. As long as you have creative ideas, you are welcome to sign up for this competition!  We will help you realize your idea by means of salons and training camps. You only need to submit a 2-minute video of entrepreneurial ideas and an application form, and then you are signed up for the competition! Don't hesitate if you already have BP. You are welcome to contribute directly!
