  • 工作经历

    1992、1995年于第一军医大学生物医学工程系获得学士和硕士学位。2002年于瑞士伯尔尼大学获得博士学位并留校工作。2005年在伯尔尼大学外科技术和生物力学研究所创立医学信息处理实验室并担任实验室主任。2010年获伯尔尼大学Privatedozent (PD)头衔,后于2015年担任伯尔尼大学副教授至2018年底。2019年1月1日加入开云网页登录 。现任开云网页登录 生物医学工程学院长聘教授,博士生导师,开云网页登录 医疗机器人研究院影像导航介入中心主任。

    2018年5月至6月获日本学术振兴会邀请任日本奈良先端科学技术大学院大学访问教授。

    回国前,主持瑞士创新署创新项目3项,瑞士自然科学基金项目3项,日本瑞士科技合作项目1项,同时作为共同申请人获瑞士自然科学基金项目4项。已发表经同行评议的国际会议和杂志论文220多篇,Google引用3538次。在国际著名出版社Springer和Elsevier出版著作3部。已授权美国和欧洲发明专利8项。

    2006和2018年获国际计算机辅助骨科年会最佳技术论文将,2018年获国际图像分析和识别大会Springer最佳论文奖,2018年获MICCAI脊柱成像中的计算方法和临床应用研讨会最佳论文奖,2017年获MICCAI医学成像中的机器学习研讨会最佳论文奖,2014年获国际计算机辅助放射学和外科学大会张贴论文奖,2012年获Journal of Laryngology and Otology杂志最佳基础论文奖,2009年获Ypsomed创新基金会研发大奖。2014获国际统计形状建模大会建模竞赛一等奖,2017年在国际婴儿大脑图像分割竞赛中的总共21个参赛队伍中获第三名。
