Huan Zheng is a Professor of Management Science at Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she has taught since 2007. She is also a member of the retailing research team of the Industry Research Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

She obtained her Ph.D. in Decision Sciences from National University of Singapore, and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Her research has mainly focused on Process Flexibility, Supply Chain Management, and Business Analytics. Her publications have appeared at Production and Operations Management, INFORMS Journal on Computing, Operations Research, among others.
